COME HOME MICHIGAN
Privacy & contact information.
How information moves when you search or contact Come Home Michigan.
Information you choose to share
Contact and showing forms ask for details relevant to your request, such as your name, contact information, property, preferred showing time, and message. Do not include financial account numbers, identification documents, or other sensitive records in these forms.
Text and email requests
Preparing a text or email opens your own messaging app. You review the message and choose whether to send it. Your phone or email provider handles delivery, and the team receives the details you send. A showing request requires a reply confirming the appointment.
Online request delivery
When a form offers Send request, it sends your information to our website and connected Google Sheets lead tracker so the team can respond. A successful on-screen receipt confirms the request was recorded. If delivery fails, you can use text, email, or a phone call.
Maps, photos, and technical data
Property photos are loaded from the listing provider. If you open the map, Google Maps loads in your browser. These services can receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details. See Google’s privacy policy for its handling of data. Hosting services also process technical requests needed to serve the website.
Your request and your preferences
The team uses inquiry details to respond and coordinate the real estate help you request. Contact Rob Sherman at rsherman@remaxplatinum.email to ask about information you have sent or update your contact preferences.
